Email addresses were validated for deliverability, phone numbers for accuracy, ensuring that every outreach attempt would hit a real, responsive individual. Cold Outreach
Our setup included a multi‑channel outreach strategy combining personalized emails and LinkedIn connections on specific cases. Our specialized system’s capabilities enabled us to scale personalized sequences with smart follow-ups, A/B testing of subject lines and copywriting, and a technical email "warm-up" process to improve deliverability. Our Hubspot CRM integration enabled us to dynamically deploy sequences enriched with user-specific data.
Warm Lead Delivery
A really important step was delivering qualified, warm leads directly to Finstride. This would ensure alignment for the target audience, and these leads could be used as an asset for future campaigns from Finstride as well. Once a prospect reached qualification, mainly through positive email engagement, a meaningful call, or scheduled demo the lead record, meeting details, and conversation history were handed over via HubSpot. Eric could review and accept handovers in-app or via notification. We supported this with weekly recap reports, showing lead count, meetings booked, call dispositions, and pipeline velocity. This continuous feedback loop allowed Eric to focus entirely on conversion.
Cold & Warm Calling
Our expert team managed both cold and warm call sequences to ensure follow-through on email engagement and responses. Calls were initiated based on specific individual engagement as described in the warm leads section above. Our calls were driven by refined, high-performance scripts crafted with deep sales expertise. CRM Setup & Integration
We deployed HubSpot as the central CRM, designing pipelines to mirror our outreach funnel and integrating seamlessly with our cold outreach email tool, lead generation system, and calls. By syncing our platforms, every new lead—email openers, replies, call outcomes—was instantly entered into HubSpot. Incoming warm leads triggered internal notifications and tasks, while all call notes and email threads were synced for full transparency . Following setup, we conducted a live onboarding session with Eric, ensuring he could track progress, manage deals, and review performance without extra effort.
